Practitioner Directory
Application & Credentialing
The verified global register for certified aesthetic medicine practitioners, CBAM graduates, and specialized clinicians.
Patients, clinics, and medical directors rely on our public registry daily to confirm clinical standing, verify board diplomas, and review recognized certifications.
Automated Annual Membership Maintenance Policy
Inclusion in the CBAM Verified Practitioner Directory is tied directly to holding an active CBAM Member plan ($375 CAD / year). If a practitioner’s annual membership expires, their profile and verified digital badges are automatically removed from both General and Specialty registries until renewed.
Two Distinct Listing Frameworks
Practitioners can earn verified general standing based on their primary training, and augment their public profile with recognized CBAM Specialty credentials.

Frequently asked questions by practitioners and clinics
What is the difference between General and Specialty listings?
A General Listing establishes your primary qualification in aesthetic medicine (CBAM Diploma Graduate, Board Certified, Fellow, or Aesthetic Practitioner for external applicants). A Specialty Certified Listing awards focused badges for advanced procedural competencies (IV Nutrition, Cosmetic Gynecology, Peptide Therapy, Hand Rejuvenation, and Penile Enhancement) completed through CBAM Specialty training.
Why do external (non-CBAM) applicants pay a $150 CAD processing fee?
Because CBAM did not train external clinicians directly, our Medical Directors must independently audit the applicant’s third-party training certificates, curriculum hours, hands-on clinical volume, and current standing with their regulatory licensing college. The $150 CAD non-refundable fee covers this direct clinical audit.
What happens to my listing if my CBAM Annual Membership expires?
Directory verification is an exclusive benefit of active CBAM Member standing ($375 CAD/year). The registry database is synchronized with member accounts; if an annual membership lapses without renewal, your public profile and all specialty badges are automatically removed from search results until your membership is brought back into active standing.
Can an external practitioner qualify for Specialty Badges?
No. Specialty Badges (IV Nutrition, Peptide Therapy, Cosmetic Gynecology, Hand Rejuvenation, and Penile Enhancement) are exclusive to clinicians who completed CBAM’s authorized specialized training and passed the required post-course case submissions. External practitioners seeking specialty badges can enroll in the corresponding CBAM Specialty mastercourse.
